4. 晚會暨抽獎活動。頭獎: 紐約台北來回機票一張。

活動費用：
兩人一房，每人$180.00,三人一房，每人$170.00,四人一房，每人$160.00

費用包括：
1. 一晚旅館住宿
2. 12/26晚餐
3. 12/27 旅館早餐(Hot Breakfast Buffet)
4. 全區滑雪套票 (包括全區Life Ticket,滑雪用具及滑雪課程;同學可選擇Ski or SnowBoard)
5. Christmas Village 門票
6. 兩天的往返巴士費用,每輛巴士均有五百萬巴士保險
7. 行程包含所有基本小費(包括司機,餐廳服務員)
8. 酒店內休閒設施(室內游泳池,健身房)

費用不包括：

沒有列在費用包括項目內的額外費用

1. 交由學校會長: 各校同學請填妥並列印報名表後, 與報名費一併交予各校會長, 由各校會長統一再向學聯集體報名。

注意事項 NOTICE：

1. FTSANY保留變更或取消此活動之所有權力。
　 FTSANY has the right to change or cancel the event without prior notice.

2. 除重大氣候因素導致活動取消外，所有已繳交費用不接收退款。
　Once the event is canceled, except for natural, or weather causes, under no condition will payment be refunded.

3. 本次活動亦可採用Pay Pal方式繳費，請繳費至 ameisherry@gmail.com
　請注意: 使用Pay Pal 繳費的報名人員需繳交 5% 的手續費.
　Pay Pal is the only accepted payment method. Pls pay the payment to ameisherry@gmail.com .
　Notice: The one who pay through pay pal has to pay 5% transaction fee. 費用如下:

4. 自行備齊室友名單。然而為方便作業起見，單人報名者由FTSANY，統一分配至雙人三人或四人房，
　請先繳交雙人房之費用$180，並依實際住房狀況辦理退費。
　Please complete and turn in the roommate list at registration. For single participants,FTSANY has the right to make the final decisions of accommodation.
　Although single participants will be charged at $180, refund will be made in accordance with the situation.

5. 飯店內不提供部分個人衛生用品(例如牙膏、牙刷及拖鞋等等)，請參與此次活動者自備。
　It is strongly recommended to bring your own personal toiletries,
　including but not limited to, toothpastes, toothbrushes and slippers.
　There is no guarantee that the hotel will include them as their standard service.

6. 請自行準備滑雪衣物(例如禦寒衣物以及可防水的手套) 。
　Please prepare appropriate clothing, such as warm clothes and waterproof gloves, to stay warm throughout skiing.
